Gemassist, LLC started as a company to provide USBs marked with our logo, to be worn with jewelry around the neck so EMS could see it. It seemed that found that EMS workers rarely looked at wrists or other places on the body. They looked at your heart first and a USB could tell them everything! While the original Gemassist USB necklaces are still available, the idea was adapted by larger companies that gained prevalence in the industry.
