Its Me Again! Deborah Marie - Peaching Around
I've already spoken many times on this blog about my medical journey. I learned to make jewelry in order to heal my brain through neuroplasticity. I am not exaggerating when I say that making jewelry saved my life!
Making jewelry then extended into photography. Photography then led me to explore Repousse Art, which is when you emboss designs onto very thin sheets of copper or aluminum. My art and jewelry have now been featured in galleries! You can see more examples of my work, and even purchase it, at www.deborahmarie2011.shop When it comes to brain injuries, it is so important to find something that stimulates you. I truly believe neuroplasticity (or brain plasticity) is the key to everything! It doesn't need to be art. It could be tying knots, learning a new language, gardening, or taking a class. Find what works for you! Deborah Marie is available for additional media opportunities, including podcasts, written articles, speaking engagements, and video testimonials.
