Its Me Again! Deborah Marie - Peaching Around
You have said it better than I - David Grant
I believe why you do not hear about Brain Injury. People are afraid it might happen to them. Do you know I have had people tell me that they would rather give to animals than to help Brain Injury patients help? You have the green ribbon; I made this design to get away from the ribbon and people realize when you wear this symbol that You are aware.
Right Now this moment without hesitation that “Brain Injury Awareness “
I have even had people to laugh at me when I talk about Brain Awareness.
I used that design because I knew concussion was coming up and IED issues and many other Injuries effect the brain.
You do not have to be in a car or bike but when you have a Brain Injury your life changes
Some days are great and today for me “not”
For all the spouses so sorry but love is your best bet; unconditional love is what you learn to give to a spouse that has a brain injury
This my friend can not always happen; this is a every day coping mechanism for brain injury patient to learn. Today, I did at least one thing.
For myself without others to help! Just one thing to get me thru my day will at least help me know somewhere in the brain I can help myself.
